Hospital/Healthcare Facility Waste Services

IWe are now proud to offer our Hospital Waste Services, which provide turnkey services for the transportation and disposal of all non-hazardous, hazardous, chemotherapy, pharmaceutical, universal and regulated bio-medical waste that your hospital may generate. We can manage waste that is generated from your oncology, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology and facility operations.

At this time, hospitals are regulated under the RCRA rule, which was originally designed for the industrial and commercial industries. These rules were created for businesses that generate only a few different waste streams. Because hospitals often have thousands of different waste streams, understanding and complying with RCRA rules can be very complicated. Recently, the EPA proposed adding hazardous pharmaceutical waste to the Universal Waste Rule. This amendment states that all hazardous pharmaceutical waste generated by hospitals and other dispensaries should be managed under the provisions of the Universal Waste Rule. With over 20 years of experience in the waste management industry, MCF Systems' staff of experienced professionals will help you comply with current rules and regulations, as well as those that are being proposed for the future.
